McClure UMC supports the Deposit Food Pantry and the Deposit Closet, both located in Deposit, NY.  

• The Deposit Food Pantry collects and distributes food, personal care items and household cleaning supplies to families in need.
• The Deposit Closet operates a thrift store in downtown Deposit.  They accept donations of various clothing and household items in good condition.  These can be purchased at a nominal cost.  

McClure UMC also contributes to disaster relief through the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) and other reputable agencies.

Church members also volunteer at various non-profit and charitable agencies in the area.

McClure UMC also sponsors "The Senior Lunch Bunch."  Senior citizens are invited to come to McClure UMC for lunch twice a month for lunch, fellowship and activities such as games, live music and crafts.  "The Senior Lunch Bunch" is in operation during spring, summer and fall.  See our events page for dates and times.
